Deactivating a Sex Code

From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

From the General Ledger list, click the Employee link and select Sex from the drop down list.

The Sex screen will appear.

On the Sex screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
The Sex screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

Click on a Code.
The Sex screen will appear.

On the Sex screen, click on the Active for System checkbox, removing the checkmark.

Click on the Save button in order to deactivate the employee sex code within the system.
