Editing a Terms Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the Purchase Orders link and select Terms from the drop down list.

3. The Terms screen will appear.

4. On the Terms screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
   The Terms screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on a Code.
   The Terms screen will appear.

6. On the Terms screen, you may edit any of the available fields within the terms code.

7. Click the Save button to save any changes made to the terms code.

   Click the Save & Next button to save any changes made to the terms code and continue to the next terms code on the list.
