Marking a Unit as Traded

You can mark a unit as traded, indicating to the system that the unit no longer belongs to the current customer, by entering a date in the Traded Date field of the Equipment Profile. This prevents the unit from appearing on the Equipment Listing screen when searching for units. You can only enter a traded date for Invoiced or Transferred equipment.

  1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer screen, navigate to Product Support > Equipment > Equipment Profile.

    The Equipment Listing screen appears.

  2. Search for and open the Equipment Profile screen for a piece of equipment.

  3. Click Edit to enable editing the profile.

  4. Enter a Traded Date.

  5. Click Save.

    A message is displayed at the top of the profile indicating success or failure. If the save failed, click the message to see details.
