Parts on Order

Use the Parts on Order screen to search for and view parts analysis information for parts on order by location.

The Parts on Order screen is accessed from the Part Analysis - Method screen by clicking the Parts on Order link.

Search fields on the Parts on Order screen are:

Field	Description
Select Location	Select a location whose parts on order you wish to analyze.
Include Only Zero Quantity Items	If selected, includes only zero quantity items within the search for parts on order.

Fields on the Parts on Order screen are:

Field	Description
Part Number	The number of the part that is currently on order.
Part Description	A brief description of the part.
Location	The location that has the part in stock.
Vendor	The vendor name.
Class	This field can also be used to categorize parts.
OFC	The order formula code for this part. This code determines the method to be used in computing the order quantity for a part.
Return	Whether or not the part was returned.
Source	The source of supply for the part. Used to break down the parts into different categories within each vendor.
Type	The type of part. This field is user defined.
Quantity	The total quantity of the part on order with the supplier, including back-ordered quantity.

Click a Part Number to open the Parts Profile screen.

Click a Vendor name to open the Vendor Profile screen.
