Reactivating an Inactive FOB Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the Purchase Orders link and select FOB from the drop down list.

3. The FOB screen will appear.

4. On the FOB screen, enter an FOB Code.

5. Enter a Location.

6. Enter an FOB code Description.

7. Select the Include Inactive checkbox.

   Note:  
   You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive FOB codes.

8. Click the Go >> link.
   The FOB screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

9. Click on a Code.
   The FOB screen will appear.

10. On the FOB screen, select the Active for System checkbox by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.

11. Click on the Save button in order to reactivate the FOB code within the system.
