To open the FOB screen, click a Code or the Need to add a new FOB? Click here to add link on the FOB screen.
The FOB screen allows you to add a new FOB code to the system or edit an existing FOB code.
The following fields appear on the FOB screen:

| Code | Enter a 3 character alphanumeric Freight on Board code. |
| Location |
The branch location where the Freight on Board code is set up as a valid Freight on Board code. Note: This field only appears when accessing the FOB screen by selecting the Need to add a new FOB? Click here to add link. |
| Description | A brief description of the Freight on Board code. |
| Active for System |
Controls whether the freight on board code is active for use within the system.
Note: This field only appears when accessing the FOB screen by selecting a Code. |
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the FOB screen:

| Save | Saves changes made on the FOB screen. |

Note: This button appears only by accessing the FOB screen by clicking on a Code. |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added FOB code and refreshes the FOB screen, allowing you to add another FOB code without closing the screen. Note: This button appears only by accessing the FOB screen by clicking the Need to create a new FOB? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits\changes made to the selected FOB code and scroll through to the next FOB code in the list to apply any edits/changes. Note: This button appears only by accessing the FOB screen by clicking on a Code. |
| Close | Closes the FOB screen without saving and returns to the FOB screen |
