Viewing Equipment Lost Sales

From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Management Central tab.
The Management Central Quick Links screen will appear.

From the Parts list, click on the Lost Sales link.

The Lost Sales screen will appear.

On the Lost Sales screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
The Lost Sales screen will refresh displaying equipment lost sales information based on the criteria selected.

On the Lost Sales screen, click on a Make/Model to drill further into the selected piece of equipment to display a detailed breakdown of the unit.

Click on the Date field to open the Call History screen allowing you to view a history description of the recorded equipment lost sale.
