Lost Sales
Data Source: CMASCP, CMASLS, CMASTR
To open the Lost Sales screen, hover over the Management Central link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Equipment> Lost Sales from the drop down list.
The Lost Sales screen allows you to view equipment lost sales. Equipment lost sales are recorded on the Add a Call screen by entering LS (Lost Sale) in the Select Result field. The Equipment Lost Sales screen will appear after selecting lost sale allowing you to record further information related to the equipment lost sale.
The following sorting options appear on the Lost Sales screen:

Make/Model | Sort the search results by make/model code. |
Total Lost Sales | Sort the search results by total lost sales. |
The following search fields appear on the Lost Sales screen:
Field | Description |

Select Salesperson | Search for lost sales by entering a salesperson. |
Select Competitor | Search for lost sales by entering a competitor. |
Select Reason | Search for lost sales by entering a reason. |
Select Result | Search for lost sales by selecting a results option from the drop down list. |
Select Date Range |
Narrow down the lost sales search results by selecting a date range. Note: The first line of lost sales data in the search results will reflect the dates entered in the Select Date Range fields. |
Comparison Date Range |
Allows you to enter a date range to compare against. Note: The second line of lost sales data in the search results will reflect the dates entered in the Comparison Date Range fields. |
The following fields appear on the Lost Sales screen:

The manufacturer of the unit. The model number on the unit. |
Months | The amount of lost sales by month. |
Total | The total amount of lost sales. |
