User Accessibility

Use the User Accessibility screen to set up what elements users have access to and the level of access within the selected task.

The User Accessibility screen is accessed from the Participants tab by clicking a User or clicking the Need to add a user? Click here to add link.

Fields on the User Accessibility screen are:

Field Description
User The user or participant's ID.
Screen 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5

Allows you to control the user's custom screen access.

  • Change—the participant has the ability to apply changes to the associated custom screen.
  • Display—the participant can only display the associated custom screen.
  • No Access—the participant has no access to the associated custom screen.
Multimedia

Allows you to control the user's access to any multimedia attachments on the task.

  • View All—allows the participant to view all added multimedia attachments.
  • Individual—allows the participant to view only multimedia attachments they have added to the task.
  • No Access—the participant has no access to any of the multimedia attachments.

The Assigned Subtasks section displays a list of all currently assigned Subtasks for the current user:

Assigned Subtasks fields are:

Field Description
Flow The top-down order by which priority is assigned to each subtask.
Subtask The subtask selected.
Description A brief description of the subtask.
Required By The due date the assigned subtask is to be completed.
Mandatory If the specified subtask has been toggled a Mandatory subtask.

Click the Click here to add a Subtask hyperlink to open the Subtask Assignment Details screen.

Click the Trash icon to delete a Subtask from the queue.

  • Save—saves changes made to the User Accessibility screen.

  • Save & New—saves a newly added user accessibility and refreshes the User Accessibility screen, allowing you to add another user accessibility without closing the screen. This button appears only when accessing the User Accessibility screen by clicking the Need to add a user? Click here to add link.

  • Save & Next—saves any edits/changes made to the selected user accessibility and scrolls through to the next user accessibility in the list to apply edits/changes. This button appears only when accessing the User Accessibility screen by clicking a User.

  • Delete—deletes the selected user/participant from the task. This button appears only when accessing the User Accessibility screen by clicking a User.

  • Close—closes the User Accessibility screen without saving changes and returns to the Participants tab.
