Select Field
Use the Select Field screen to search for a file by field name.
The Select Field screen is accessed from the Columns screen by clicking the Click to add column link.
The search field on the Select Field screen is:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | Enter the name or description of the field. The system filters the results dynamically as you enter each character. |
The fields on the Select Field screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|

Indicate which fields to include within the query. |
| Description | A brief description of the field. |
| Field | The field name. |
| File | The data file from where the data is extracted. |
| Library | The library where the file is located. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Select Field screen:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Select All | Selects all fields. |
| Save | Saves changes made on the Select Field screen. |
| Close | Closes the Select Field screen without saving and returns to the Columns screen. |
