Select Field

The Select Field screen can be accessed from theColumns screen by selecting the Click to add column link.

The Select Field screen allows you to search for a file by field name.

The following is a description of the search field that appears on the Select Field screen:

Field	Description
Search	Allows you to enter the name or description of the field. The system will filter the results dynamically as you enter each character.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Select Field screen:

Field	Description
	Indicate which fields to include within the query.
Description	A brief description of the field.
Field	The field name.
File	The data file from where the data will be extracted.
Library	The library where the file is located.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Select Field screen:

Button	Function
Select All	Selects all fields.
Save	Saves changes made on the Select Field screen.
Close	Closes the Select Field screen without saving and returns to the Columns screen.
