Select Field

The Select Field screen can be accessed from the Sort tab by selecting the Click to add sort field link.

The Select Field screen allows you to search for or select a field for the Sort tab.

The following is a description of the search field that appears on the Select Field screen:

Field	Description
Search	Allows you to enter the name or description of the field. The system will filter the results dynamically as you enter each character.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Select Field screen:

Field	Description
Description	The field text description.
Field	The field code.
File	The data file from where the data will be extracted.
Library	The library where the file is located.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Select Field screen.

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made on the Select Field screen.
Close	Closes the Select Field screen without saving and returns to the Sort tab.
