Select Field
Use the Select Field screen to search for or select a field for the Sort tab.
The Select Field screen is accessed from the Sort tab by clicking the Click to add sort field link.
The search field on the Select Field screen is:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | Enter the name or description of the field. The system filters the results dynamically as you enter each character. |
The fields on the Select Field screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Description | The field text description. |
| Field | The field code. |
| File | The data file from where the data is extracted. |
| Library | The library where the file is located. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Select Field screen:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made on the Select Field screen. |
| Close | Closes the Select Field screen without saving and returns to the Sort tab. |
