Print Labels

Use the Print Labels screen to set print label parameters for parts on the selected consolidated parts order.

The Print Labels screen is accessed from the Consolidated Parts Order screen by clicking Update.

The fields in the Include on Label section on the Print Labels screen are:

Include on Label
Field	Description
Barcode	Includes a barcode on the part's label.
Part Number	Includes the part number on the part's label.
Description	Includes a description of the part number on the part's label.
Price	Includes the price of the part on the part's label.
Bin Location	Includes the bin location of the part on the part's label.

The field in the Select Printer section on the Print Labels screen is:

Select Printer
Field	Description
Printer	Select the printer that prints the part labels.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Print Labels screen:

Button	Description
Print Labels	Prints parts labels for the consolidated parts order based on the parameters selected above and creates a pending order receipt for each of the locations on the consolidated parts order.
Don't Print Labels	Creates a pending order receipt for each of the locations on the consolidated parts order without printing parts labels.
Close	Closes the Print Labels screen without printing labels and returns to the Consolidated Parts Order screen.
