Configure Printer Files
Use the Configure Printer Files screen to change the appearance of reports and invoices by modifying printer file attributes such as font size and page rotation.
To open the Configure Printer Files screen, click the Configure Printer Files link on the Utilities screen.
The search fields on the Configure Printer Files screen are:

| Printer File Type | Search for a printer file to modify by selecting a printer file type. The report or invoice is generated from either IntelliDealer, Legacy system, or Other. |
| Printer File | Search for a printer file by entering a printer file name. |
| Display Overrides Only | Select the checkbox to display only printer files that have been modified from the defaults within the search results. |
The fields on the Configure Printer Files screen are:

|---|---|
| Printer File | The printer file name. |
| Description | A brief description of the printer file. |
| Overrides | Indicates if attributes on the corresponding printer file have been modified from the defaults. |
| Modified Date | If the printer file has been modified, the date the printer file was last modified appears. |
| Modified By | If the printer file has been modified, the user who last modified the printer file appears. |
Click a Printer File to access the file's attributes.
Select the Click here to reset all files to CDK defaults link to reset any modified printer files back to the default parameters.
Select the Click here to apply overrides on all files link if you have mistakenly reset all printer files back to the defaults. This reapplies any previous changes you had made.
Select the Click here to run an audit report link to run a printer file audit report (WTPRFL).
Click Close to close the Configure Printer Files screen and return to the Utilities screen.
