Time Off (List & Add)

To open the Time Off screen, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Service> General> Time Off from the drop down list.

The Time Off screen allows you to see which time off codes are in the system and add a new time off code if necessary.

The following sorting options appear on the Time Off screen:

Sort by
Field Description
Code Sort the search results by code.
Description Sort the search results by the code description.

The following search fields appear on the Time Off screen:

Field Description
Select Code Search for a time off code by entering a code.
Select Description Search for a time off code by entering a whole or partial description.
Include Inactive Show or hide time off codes that are not currently active for the system.

The following fields appear on the Time Off screen:

Field Description
Code The time off code.
Description A description of the time off code.

Click on the Need to create a new time off code? Click here to add link to add a new time off code to the list.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Time Off screen:

Button Function
Close Closes the Time Off screen and returns to the Configuration Quick Links screen.
