Time Off (List & Add)

To open the Time Off screen, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Service> General> Time Off from the drop down list.
The Time Off screen allows you to see which time off codes are in the system and add a new time off code if necessary.
The following sorting options appear on the Time Off screen:

Field | Description |
Code | Sort the search results by code. |
Description | Sort the search results by the code description. |
The following search fields appear on the Time Off screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Select Code | Search for a time off code by entering a code. |
Select Description | Search for a time off code by entering a whole or partial description. |
Include Inactive | Show or hide time off codes that are not currently active for the system. |
The following fields appear on the Time Off screen:
Field | Description |

Code | The time off code. |
Description | A description of the time off code. |
Click on the Need to create a new time off code? Click here to add link to add a new time off code to the list.
The following button allows you to complete your work on the Time Off screen:
