User Accessibility

To open the User Accessibility screen, click a User name or the Need to add a user? Click here to add link on the Participants tab.

The User Accessibility screen allows you to set a user's authorization within the selected task type, for use with the Task Tracker application.

The following fields appear on the User Accessibility screen:

Field Description
User The user's ID. Authorization will be applied to this user's ID.
Screen 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5

Displays the level of authority the associated participant has on the associated custom screen.

  • Change: The participant has the ability to apply changes to the associated custom screen.

  • Display: The participant can only display the associated custom screen.

  • No Access: The participant has no access to the associated custom screen.

Multimedia

Displays the level of access the associated participant has to multimedia attachments on the selected task.

  • View All: Allows the participant to view all added multimedia attachments.

  • Individual: Allows the participant to view only multimedia attachments they have added to the task.

  • No Access: The participant has no access to any of the multimedia attachments.

The Assigned Subtasks will display a list of all currently assigned Subtasks for the current user:

The following fields are displayed under Assigned Subtasks:

Field Description
Flow The top-down order by which priority is assigned to each subtask.
Subtask The subtask selected.
Description A brief description of the subtask.
Required By The due date the assigned subtask is to be completed.
Mandatory If the specified subtask has been toggled a Mandatory subtask.

The button will delete that Subtask from the queue.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the User Accessibility screen:

Button Function
Save Saves changes made on the User Accessibility screen.
Save & New

Saves a newly added user authorization and refreshes the User Accessibility screen, allowing you to add another user authorization without closing the screen.

Note:  This field appears only by accessing the User Accessibility screen by clicking the Need to add a user? Click here to add link.

Delete

Deletes the selected user.

Note:  This button appears only by accessing the User Accessibility screen by clicking on a User.

Close Closes the User Accessibility screen without saving and returns to the Participants tab.
