Inspection Steps

The Inspection Steps screen can be accessed from the Sections screen by clicking on the Is there a section missing from the list? Click here to add link.

The Inspection Steps screen allows you to add a step to the section list that will be used during the inspection of a unit.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Inspection Steps screen:

Field Description
Step Description A brief description of the step used to inspect the unit.
Custom Condition Whether or not the step has any custom conditions that may alter the evaluation process assigned to it.
Job Code Search for an specific job code.
Default Quantity Enter the default quantity for the Job Code.
Applies To The condition that the job code suggestions apply to.
Condition After The condition after the work order is completed.
Active

Controls whether the step is active for use within the used equipment system.

  • Selected: Activates or reactivates the step within the used equipment system.

  • Not Selected: Indicates that the step is deactivated within the used equipment system.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Used Equipment Steps screen:

Button Function
Save Saves changes made on the Inspection Steps screen.
Close Closes the Inspection Steps screen without saving and returns to the Sections screen.
