Inspection Steps
The Inspection Steps screen can be accessed from the Sections screen by clicking on the Is there a section missing from the list? Click here to add link.
The Inspection Steps screen allows you to add a step to the section list that will be used during the inspection of a unit.
The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Inspection Steps screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Step Description | A brief description of the step used to inspect the unit. |
Custom Condition | Whether or not the step has any custom conditions that may alter the evaluation process assigned to it. |
Job Code | Search for an specific job code. |
Default Quantity | Enter the default quantity for the Job Code. |
Applies To | The condition that the job code suggestions apply to. |
Condition After | The condition after the work order is completed. |
Active |
Controls whether the step is active for use within the used equipment system.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Used Equipment Steps screen:
Button | Function |
---|---|
Save | Saves changes made on the Inspection Steps screen. |
Close | Closes the Inspection Steps screen without saving and returns to the Sections screen. |
