Vermeer Part Sales Transmission: Configuration

 

You can access the Vermeer Part Sales Transmission interface from Configuration > Interfaces > Vermeer > Part Sales Transmission.

The Vermeer Part Sales Transmit is an integration with the Vermeer One Platform environment that transmits part sale information on a nightly basis. Part sales includes:

  • parts sold over the counter through parts invoicing

  • parts present on requisitions

  • parts sold with an equipment invoice

Requirements: Feature 6424 - Vermeer Part Sales Transmission must be licensed.

The general configuration options are:

  • Transmit Part Sales Nightly - toggle the nightly transmit of part sales on or off.

  • PDF Error Report User ID - enter the user ID of the user who is to receive PDF reports regarding the transmission. This report contains information on a successful transmit and lists any errors that occurred.

Once you have configured the interface for use, and you have checked the Transmit Part Sales Nightly on the configuration screen, the interface automatically begins transmitting part sale data on a nightly basis.

IntelliDealer sends the results of the transmit to the configured user as a PDF report. Or you can view information about the job run on the Administration > Settings > Batch Jobs screen (requires the appropriate user security to access).
