WOLAB Timecard Integration
Use the WOLAB Timecard Integration screen to configure the interface settings for importing timecard and labor data from WOLAB. WOLAB manages work orders, labor entries, timecard data, and labor adjustments.
To open the WOLAB Timecard Integration screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Other > WOLAB Timecard Integration.
The fields on the WOLAB Timecard Integration screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Server | The hostname or IP address of the WOLAB server. |
| User ID | The dealership's WOLAB User ID. |
| Password | The password for the specified User ID. |
| Remote Directory | The directory on the WOLAB server from which timecard data files are retrieved (provided by WOLAB). |
| File Name | The name of the timecard data file (TXT format) received from WOLAB. |
| Protocol | The protocol used to transmit and retrieve timecard data from the WOLAB server. |
Click Save to save your changes to the WOLAB Timecard Integration screen.
