Kobelco Parts Availability
The Kobelco Parts Availability interface retrieves part numbers and on-hand availability at the Kobelco distribution center (referred to by Kobelco as "Free Stock USA") and populates the Kobelco Parts Availability screen. After the initial load of all parts from the Kobelco server, changes are received every four hours throughout the day.
To access the Kobelco Parts Availability screen, from anywhere in IntelliDealer:

Navigate to Product Support > Parts > Parts Profile.

Search for parts, then click the Parts Availability button at the bottom of the screen.

Click Kobelco Availability.

Pre-requisites
Feature 6262 - Kobelco Parts Availability must be licensed for this interface to run.
Ask VitalEdge support to contact Kobelco at least five business days before the go live date so Kobelco can create the Remote Directory. The name of the directory is required for the Remote Directory value on the configuration screen.

Walkthrough
Once the interface has correctly configured, the Kobelco Parts Availability button is available on the IntelliDealer Parts Availability screen.
Select a part number, then click the Kobelco Availability button to show the availability of the specified part at Free Stock USA. If the Availability screen is accessed from a Part Invoice or Part Requisition, all Kobelco parts on that invoice or requisition will show on the Kobelco Availability screen. If a part is not identified as a Kobelco part, the part number is highlighted in light pink.
