Warranty: Work Order Segments

The Warranty: Work Order Segments screen is used to review warranty claims for repairs or replacements covered under warranty. Warranty claims are divided by Segment Number as they appear on the associated work order.

Access the Warranty: Work Order Segments screen go to Product Support > Service > Work Orders > Select a Work Order Number > Go to the Segments tab > Hover over the Work Order Options link > Select related OEM Warranty option.

These fields appear on the Warranty: Work Order Segments screen:

Field Description

Segment Number

The segment number as it appears on the associated work order.

Failure Date The date the equipment unit malfunctioned or was reported for repair.
Repair Date The date the repair or service was completed.
Job Code The Job Code associated to the equipment unit on the work order.
Job Code Description A brief explanation of the Job Code.

Click Close to close the screen and return to the Work Order: Segments screen.
