Job Code Details
The Job Code Details screen displays detailed information associated with the selected job code.
To open the Job Code Details screen, hover over a Job Code Number on the Job Codes screen and select View from the pop-up menu.

Information fields that appear on the Job Code Details screen:

| Field | Description |
| Job Code Number | The job code number. |
| Make | The job code applies to the unit make (manufacturer of the unit) code loaded in the Make field. |
| Model | The job code applies to the unit model code loaded in the Model field. |
These fields appear on the Job Code Details screen:

| Section | The section of the machine the job code applies to. Section codes may be defined in your vendor's technical manual. |
| Group | Group is a subset of section. Group codes may be defined in your vendor's technical manual |
| Quantity or Option | Special quantities or options involved in the job code. |
| Assist Hours |
The number of assist labor hours required to finish the labor associated with the selected job code. |
| Warranty Code | The extended warranty code (e.g. if your dealership offers extended warranty on transmissions, a warranty code of T would indicate that such a warranty exists). |
| Active for Service | If the selected code is active for service it will be listed on the Job Code Search screen, allowing you to add it to a work order segment. Inactive job codes may still be assigned to an order; they simply do not appear on the Job Code Search screen. |
| Job Code Hours | Total number of labor/job code hours for this service. |
| Description |
A brief description of the job. Note: For CNH job codes, if the job code description is longer than 60 characters, it is displayed in the Extended Description field below. |
| Extended Description | An extended description of the job. |
| Tech Manual Section | The area in the technical manual where a detailed description of the segment procedure can be obtained. |
| Tech Manual Group | The group in the technical manual where a detailed description of the segment procedure can be obtained. |
| Suppliers Job Code Number | Applies if the job code numbers being used are not the same as the vendor's job code number. |
| Suppliers Job Code Hours | Applies if the job code hours being used are not the same as the job code hours given by the vendor. |
| Total Used | Total number of billed work order segments using this job code. |
| Total/Average Hours | The total average hours worked using this job code number. |
Click on the View/Edit Profile link to open the job code Profile tab.
Click on the Search link to search for a job code.
Click on the History link to open the Job Code History screen.
Click on the Parts List link to open the Job Code Parts screen.
Click on the Add Ons link to open the Job Code Add Ons screen.
The Back button allows you to complete your work on the Job Code Details screen.
