My Orders

To open the My Orders screen, click the Menu icon from anywhere within the application and select Parts> My Orders from the drop down list.
-Or-
Select the View Order button after submitting an order from the Checkout screen.

The My Orders screen displays any orders that you have placed using MyDealer which have yet to be invoiced by the dealership and allows you to perform the following actions:

Note:  Only orders placed using MyDealer are displayed on this screen. Orders placed at the dealership, over the phone, or via email are not presented.

Action Steps
To search for a specific order

Enter the associated Reference Number, Description or Part Number in the field provided, then click Search.
The screen refreshes, displaying the results.

If there are no results generated in the search, the option to export the results in an XLS does not appear.

To view an order Select the desired order from the list.
The screen refreshes to display the details of the order.
To add parts from an existing order to the Shopping Cart

Select the desired order, then select each part you to want to add to the Shopping Cart using the check box next to the Part Number field and click Add Selected Parts to Cart.
The selected items are added to the cart.

Note:  If the part numbers from the selected order are already in the Shopping Cart, the badge tag on the shopping cart indicating the number of items in the cart will not increase, however the quantity of the parts within the cart will increase.
For example, if the badge tag on the shopping cart currently displays "2" and the parts you are adding from the order are the same two part numbers that are already in the cart, the badge tag on the cart will still display "2". If you open the cart however, the quantity of the parts will have increased by the number of parts you added to just added.
