Call History Detail

To open the Call History Detail screen, tap any call listed on the Call History or Customer Call History screens.

The Call History Detail screen displays detailed information regarding a completed or canceled call and allows you to perform these actions:

Action Steps
To schedule a call for the selected customer (or to add a historical call)

Tap the Add Call icon.
The Add Call window appears.

To plot a route from your current location to the customer's location

Tap the Globe icon in the Address or Geolocation field.
The Navigation Map appears.

To call the customer

Tap the Phonehyperlink on any of the Phone Number fields on the screen.
The call is placed using the native phone application on your device.

To email the customer

Tap the Email hyperlink on any of the Email fields on the screen.
A draft of the email is created using the native email application on your device.

The fields appear the Call History Detail screen are:

Field Description
Customer Information
Customer Name The name of the customer.
Contact Name The name of the customer contact that was targeted by the call (if applicable).
Customer Number The unique customer id as stored within IntelliDealer.
Address The customer's address.
Geolocation The latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates of the customer's address.
Business Phone Number The customer's business phone number.
Business Email The customer's business email address.
Cell Number The customer's cell phone number.
Call Information
Call Date The date the call was made or canceled.
Salesperson The name of the salesperson who made the call.
Category The area of interest for the call. Valid category codes are configured on the Configuration > CRM > Calls > Categories screen in IntelliDealer.in IntelliDealer.
Type The type of call that will be placed. Valid type codes are configured on the Configuration > CRM > Calls > Types screen in IntelliDealer. in IntelliDealer.
Reason The reason for calling. Valid reason codes are configured on the Configuration > CRM > Calls > Reasons screen in IntelliDealer. in IntelliDealer.
Result The result of the call. Valid reason codes are configured on the Configuration > CRM > Calls > Results screen in IntelliDealer. in IntelliDealer.

A description of the call or the reason for the cancellation.
