Customer Call History

To open the Customer Call History screen, tap the Sub Menu icon on the Customer Detail screen and select View Call History from the drop down list.

The Customer Call History List displays all calls that have been placed to the selected customer. All calls on the Customer Call History screen are listed in reverse chronological order. You can perform the following actions:

Action Steps
To filter the calls by date

Tap the calendar icon to select the date you want to view the calls for.
The screen refreshes the results.

To filter calls by salesperson or category Tap the filter icon. You can search for a salesperson or category. Then tap the Apply Filter button.
The screen refreshes the results.
To view the details of a call

Tap any of the calls listed on the screen. The Call History Detail screen appears.

To return to the Customer Call History screen

Tap the Back button.

The fields on the Customer Call History screen are:

Field Description
Search Date

The date from which historical calls are displayed. For example, if September 1st is selected in this field, only calls that occurred on or before September 1st are displayed.

Call Date

The date on which the calls were placed.

Category

The area of interest pertaining to the call.

Valid category codes are configured in IntelliDealer at Configuration > CRM > Calls > Categories.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Contact Name The name of the customer contact.
Phone Number

The customer's phone number.

Description

A description of the call or any special instructions for the call.

Type of Call

The type of call.

Valid type codes are configured in IntelliDealer at Configuration > CRM > Calls > Types.

Reason for Call

The reason for calling.

Valid reason codes are configured in IntelliDealer at Configuration > CRM > Calls > Reason.

Result

The result of the call.

Valid result codes are configured in IntelliDealer at Configuration > CRM > Calls > Result.
