Memos
Use the Memos tab to store customer profile information such as terms and conditions or business operating hours. Memos are used for reference purposes only.
To open the Memos tab, click the Update/View Profile link on the Customer Profile screen.
Memos screen
The buttons on the Memos tab are:

|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made on the Memos tab and returns to the Customer Profile screen. |
| Close | Closes the Memos tab without saving changes and returns to the Customer Profile screen. |
