Memos

To open the Memos tab, click the Update/View Profile link on the Customer Profile screen.

The Memos tab allows you to store customer profile information such as terms and conditions or business operating hours. Memos are used for reference purposes only.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Memos tab:

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made on the Memos tab and returns to the Customer Profile screen.
Closes	Closes the Memos tab without saving changes and returns to the Customer Profile screen.
