Cross Reference

Use the Cross Reference tab to create a cross reference for a customer part number that is different from the part number loaded in the parts management system. The customer part number can optionally be printed on the sales order picpak/invoice in the parts management system.

To open the Cross Reference tab, click the Update/View Profile link on the Customer Profile screen.

The search fields on the Cross Reference tab are:

Field Description
Find Part Number Performs a search for a part number.
Find Customer Part Number Performs a search for a customer's part number.

The fields on the Cross Reference tab are:

Cross Reference
Field Description
Part Number The dealership part number.
Customer Part Number Enter the customer's corresponding part number.

To delete a Part Cross Reference, blank out the values in both the Part Number and Customer Part Number fields.

The buttons on the Cross Reference tab are:

Button Description
Save Saves changes made on the Cross Reference tab.
Close Closes the Cross Reference tab without saving changes and returns to the Customer Profile screen.
