Back Order By Part
Use the Back Order by Part tab to view the back order information on the CCN web application. See also: CCN Web Parts Tabs, Parts Locator, Parts Complete, Parts Model and PSO by Part.
To open the Back Order by Part tab, click the CCN Web button on the Parts Availability screen and select the Back Order by Part tab.
The search fields on the Back Order by Part tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Select Dealer Number | Search for back order information by entering a dealer number. |
| Select Part Number | Search for back order information by entering a part number. |
| Select Manufacturer | Search for back order information by entering a manufacturer. |
The back order information is displayed in the central pane of this screen.
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Back Order by Part tab:

| Close | Closes the Back Order by Part tab and returns to the Parts Availability screen. |
