Back Order Inquiry
Use the Back Order Inquiry tab to search for back order information by dealer and view and print back order information. See also: Order Status.
To open the Back Order Inquiry tab, move the cursor over the Ordering Options link on the Parts Ordering screen and select CCN Web from the drop-down list.
The search field on the Back Order Inquiry tab is:

| Select Dealer Number | Search for back order inquiries by entering a dealer number. |
The field on the Back Order Inquiry tab is:

| Dealer Number | The number of the dealership. |

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Back Order Inquiry tab:

| Prints the selected back order inquiry information. | |
| Close | Closes the Back Order Inquiry tab without printing the back order information and returns to the Parts Ordering screen. |
