Order Status
Use the Order Status tab to search for, view and print customer order status information. The Order Status tab returns information about the orders from your Division. See also: Back Order Inquiry, Continuous Discount and Dealer Master.
To open the Order Status tab, move the cursor over the Ordering Options link on the Parts Ordering screen and select CCN Web from the drop-down list.
The search fields on the Order Status tab are:

| Select Dealer Number | Search for order status by entering a dealer number. |
| Select Number of Pages | Select the number of pages of the order you wish to display at once. |
The field on the Order Status tab is:

| Dealer Number | The number of the dealer entered in the Select Dealer Number field. |
The report produced is:
| CCN009 | Case Responses - Order by Dealer |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Order Status tab:

| Prints the selected order status. | |
| Close | Closes the Order Status tab and returns to the Parts Ordering screen. |
