Call Schedule - Monthly

Use the Call Schedule - Monthly tab to view the scheduled calls for a selected month.

The Call Schedule - Monthly tab can accessed by navigating to Customer Care > CRM > Call Scheduling, then click the Monthly tab.

The search field on the Call Schedule - Monthly tab is:

Field Description
Select Salesperson

Search for scheduled calls by entering a salesperson's id.

Leave this field blank to search for scheduled calls for all salespeople.

Click Go>> to display a monthly call schedule that shows details of any calls scheduled within the selected month.

Click on the < Pervious and Next > links to scroll to the next month or scroll back to previous months.

Click the Need to schedule a call? Click here to add link to schedule a new call.
