Customer Care - CRM
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

Access Customer Profile | Gives the user access to the Your Customers screen through the Customer Care > CRM > Customer Profile. |
Secure by Salesperson (Profile Excluded) | Prevents the user from searching by salesperson within Customer Portal, Geographic and Business Analysis, Call Scheduling and Call Analysis, by locking their salesperson ID in the Select Salesperson field. |
Access G & B Analysis | Gives the user access to the Geographic and Business Analysis at Customer Care > CRM > Geographic and Business Analysis. |
Access Call Scheduling | Gives the user access to the Call Schedule - Weekly, Call Schedule - Monthly,or Call Schedule tabs at Customer Care > CRM > Call Scheduling. |
Access Call Analysis | Gives the user access to the Call Analysis screen at Customer Care > CRM > Call Analysis. |
Access Customer Reports | Gives the user access to the Customer Reports screen at Customer Care > CRM > Customer Reports. |
Access John Deere Customer Linkage | Gives the user access to John Deere Customer Linkage, at Customer Care > CRM > John Deere Customer Linkage. |
