Transmit

Use the Transmit tab to enter transmission information related to the parts order.

To access this screen, navigate to Parts Order, create a parts order for a Komatsu vendor, and click the Transmit button.

The Information fields that appear on the Transmit tab are:

Information
Field	Description
Order Number	The parts order number.
Status	The current status of the parts order.
Location	The location where the parts order was originally created.

The fields that appear on the Transmit tab are:

Field	Description
Host Name	The parts ordering information is transmitted to the computer whose IP/Host name is entered in the Host Name field.
User Name	The user's FTP user name.
Password	The user's FTP password.
Remote Temporary	The remote temporary directory. The file is first transmitted to a remote temporary directory to ensure complete upload to the FTP site.
Remote Directory	The remote directory. After the file is transmitted to the remote temporary directory the file is then copied to the remote directory, ensuring complete upload to the FTP site.

The buttons to complete your work on the Transmit tab are:

Button	Description
Send	Transmits the parts order file to the location entered in the Host Name field.
Close	Closes the Transmit tab and returns to the Parts Order screen.
