Kubota Parts Order - Shipping Address
Use the Kubota Parts Order - Shipping Address tab to verify or change the shipping address of the selected order.
To access this screen, navigate to the Parts Order screen of a released Kubota order and click the Transmit button.
Note: The information populated in these fields is provided by Kubota.
The fields that appear on the Kubota Parts Order - Shipping Address tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Attention To/ Name | The person to whom the parts order is addressed to. |
| Address | The street address where the parts are delivered. |
| City | The city where the parts are delivered. |
| Province/ State | The state or province where the parts are delivered. |
| Zip/ Postal Code | The zip/postal code of the shipping address. |
The buttons to complete your work on the Kubota Parts Order - Shipping Address tab are:

| Validate |
Sends the order information to Kubota. If the information is sent successfully, a validation message and a Transmit button appear, allowing you to complete the transmission of the order. Note: You should only validate and transmit the order after verifying all of the order details, including the Shipping Address for the part. |
| Close | Closes the screen without transmitting the order. |
| Transmit |
Completes the transmission of the order to Kubota. Once all parts on the order have been sent to Kubota, the Transmit and Validate buttons no longer appear on the screen. Note: The transmission status of the parts is not saved if you close the screen. As such, ensure all parts have been sent to Kubota before closing the screen. |
