Parts - Volvo Parts Order
Use the Parts tab to view the parts ordering information before transmitting the information to a Volvo Parts Distribution Center.
To access this tab, navigate to the Parts Order screen and click the Transmit button when creating a parts order for a Volvo vendor.
The Information fields that appear on the Parts tab are:

| Order Number | The order number as it appears in IntelliDealer. |
| Status | The current status of the parts order. |
| Location | The location where the parts order was originally created. |
The fields that appear on the Parts tab are:

| Order Number | The order number as it appears in IntelliDealer. |
| Vendor |
The name of the part vendor for this order. |
| Type | The type of parts order. |
| Volvo Order Class | The order class that determines shipping priority; either Class 1 for emergency orders, Class 2 for machine down orders, or Class 3 for stock orders. |
| Discount % | If applicable, the discount % to be applied to this order. |
| Comment | A description of the order. |
| Transmit | Indicates that the order is to be transmitted over a communication line. |
| Active | Indicates if the order is Active or Deleted. |
| High Volume | Indicates if this is a High Volume order. |
| Program | A program code indicating if the order is a special order. |
| Ship Date | The date the parts will be shipped. |
| Due Date |
The date the order is expected to arrive. |
| Heavy Weight | Indicates if there is a part on the order that weighs more than 750 lbs. |
| Part Number | The part number being ordered. |
| Superseding Part Number | The number of the superseding part. |
| Description | A brief description of the part. |
| Ordered | The number of parts on the order for the corresponding part. |
| Warehouse Code |
The Volvo warehouse code. |
| Quantity Cost |
The quantity of parts available at the corresponding routing location. |
| Warehouse Cost |
The warehousing cost. |
| Order Confirmation Code Test | The order confirmation code received from Volvo. |
Click the Vendor to access the Vendor Profile screen.
Click a Superseding Part Number to access the Supersession Chain screen.
