Transmit

Use the Transmit tab to enter the shipping information for the selected parts order prior to transmitting it to the Parts - Volvo Parts Order vendor.

To access this tab, navigate to the Parts Order screen and click the Transmit button when creating a parts order for a Volvo vendor.

The Information fields that appear on the Transmit tab are:

Information
Field	Description
Order Number	The parts order number.
Status	The current status of the parts order.
Location	The location where the parts order was originally created.

The fields that appear on the Transmit tab are:

Field	Description
Warehouse	The originating shipping warehouse.
Freight	The freight method.
Name	The customer ship-to name.
Address 1	The customer ship-to address.
Address 2	The second line of the customer ship-to address.
Zip/Postal Code	The customer ship-to zip code/ postal code.
City	The customer ship-to city.
State	The customer ship-to state.
Country Code	The customer ship-to country code.

The buttons that appear on the Transmit tab are:

Button	Description
Send	Transmits the parts order file to the location entered in the Host Name field.
Close	Closes the Transmit tab and returns to the Parts Order screen.
