Transmit

The Transmit tab can be accessed from the Parts Order screen by creating a parts order for a Volvo vendor and clicking the Transmit button.

The Transmit tab allows you to enter the shipping information for the selected parts order prior to transmitting it to the Volvo vendor.

The following is a description of the Information fields that appear on the Transmit tab:

Information
Field	Description
Order Number	The parts order number.
Status	The current status of the parts order.
Location	The location where the parts order was originally created.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Transmit tab:

Field	Description
Warehouse	The originating shipping warehouse.
Freight	The freight method.
Name	The customer ship-to name.
Address 1	The customer ship-to address.
Address 2	The second line of the customer ship-to address.
Zip/Postal Code	The customer ship-to zip code/ postal code.
City	The customer ship-to city.
State	The customer ship-to state.
Country Code	The customer ship-to country code.

The following buttons allows you to complete your work on the Transmit tab:

Button	Function
Send	Transmits the parts order file to the location entered in the Host Name field.
Close	Closes the Transmit tab and returns to the Parts Order screen.
