Account Lookup
Use the Account Lookup screen to search for an account.
The description of the search fields on the Account Lookup screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Include | Select an account type to search for from the drop down list (e.g. assets, liabilities, balance sheet, sales, expense & other or parts & labor). |
| Select Account | Search for an account by entering an account number. |
| Select Profit Center | Search for an account by entering a profit center code. |
| Select Description | Search for an account by entering an account description. |
| Select Application Type | Search for an account by selecting an application type from the drop down list. |
| Select Department | Search for an account by selecting a department from the drop down list. |
| Select Location | Search for an account by selecting a location from the drop down list. |
The description of the fields that appear on the Account Lookup screen:

| Account Number | The general ledger account number. |
| Description | A brief description of the account. |
