Rows

You can access the Rows tab when editing an existing report or while creating a new report from the Financial Reporting Runs screen.

The Rows tab represents accumulated general ledger accounts and special print lines for a financial report.

The fields on the Rows tab are:

Field Description
Report The name of the selected report.
Report Heading The report header appears at the top of the report, as well as on the listing of reports available to print.

The fields on the Row Information section on the Rows tab are:

Row Information
Field Description
Reference Number The reports reference number. Allows the user to edit the row information.
Row Options Shows the option assigned to the row and identifies what option data is to appear in the row on the report.
Row Text Allows the user to add an alternate option description.
Modify Row Calculations To load or adjust which accounts make up the row value, click Yes to the right of the row text.
Move To move a column, click the éêarrows.

Click on a Row number to open the Row Information screen.

Click on a Yes link under the Modify Row Calculations field to add G/L accounts to your report.

Click on the Need to add a row? Click here link to add another row.

Click Close to close the Rows tab and return to the Financial Reports Runs screen.

Close Closes the Rows tab and returns to the Financial Reports Runs screen.
