Open Work Orders

Use the Open Work Orders screen to search for and view open work orders. To open this screen, click a Total on the Work in Process screen.

Sort by options on the Open Work Orders screen are:

Sort by
Field	Description
Work Order	Sort the search results by work order number.
Customer	Sort the search results by customer.
Location	Sort the search results by location.

Search fields on the Open Work Orders screen are:

Field	Description
Select Type	Search for open work orders by selecting a work order type from the drop-down list.
Select Location	Search for open work orders by entering a location.
Show All Segments	If selected, includes all segments within the open work order search results.

Fields on the Open Work Orders screen are:

Field	Description
Order #	The open work order number. Click an Order # to open the Work Order Details screen.
Customer	The customer's name. Click a Customer name to open the Customer Profile screen.
Machine	The type of unit in for service. Click a Machine name to open the Equipment Profile screen.
Description	A brief description of the unit in for service.
Location	The location where the service on the open work order is performed.
DDC	The Downtime Delay Code, which indicates why there was a delay in completing the segment.
Current Value	The current value of the open work order.
