Forms: Listing

Use the Forms listing screen to see available forms and to create a new form or to copy or modify an existing form.

The Forms screen can be accessed by navigating to Customer Care > Marketing > Forms.

The search field on the Forms listing screen:

Field Description
Select User

Search for marketing forms by entering a user ID.

This field defaults to your user ID, however you can enter a User ID to search for forms associated with a different user or leave the field blank to search for all forms on the system.

The fields on the Forms screen:

Field Description
Name The marketing form name.
Description A brief description of the marketing form.
Create by The user who created the marketing form.
Date Created The date the marketing form was created.

Click on the Need to create a new form? Click here to add link to create a marketing form.

Move the cursor over a Name and select Copy from the pop-up menu to copy a marketing form.

Move the cursor over a Name and select Edit from the pop-up menu to edit a marketing form.
