W/O Premium Code G/L Defaults

To open the W/O Premium Code G/L Defaults screen, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Service> General Ledger> W/O Premium Code G/L Defaults from the drop down list.

The W/O Premium Code G/L Defaults screen allows you to load G/L posting accounts, used when the corresponding premium code is used for posting labor.

The following sorting options appear on the W/O Premium Code G/L Defaults screen:

Sort by
Field	Description
Code	Sort the search results by premium code.
Location	Sort the search results by branch location.
Account	Sort the Search results by G/L account.

The following search fields appear on the W/O Premium Code G/L Defaults screen:

Field	Description
Select Location	Search for premium code by entering a location.
Select Premium Code	Search for premium code by entering a premium code.
Select G/L Account	Search for premium code by entering a general ledger account.

The following fields appear on the W/O Premium Code G/L Defaults screen:

Field	Description
Premium Code	The premium code for the W/O premium G/L default.
Location	The location where the account number appears as a valid G/L posting account.
G/L Account	Any charges or credits will apply to the G/L account number that appears in this field.

Click on a Premium Code to open the Premium Code screen to edit an existing premium code.

Select the Need to create a new premium code? Click here to add link to add a premium code.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the W/O Premium Code G/L Default screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the W/O Premium Code G/L Default screen and returns to the Configuration Quick Links screen.
