Efficiency Analysis
To open the Efficiency Analysis screen, click a Technician name on the Efficiency Analysis screen.
The Efficiency Analysis screen allows you to view a technician's efficiency.
The following sorting options appear on the Efficiency Analysis screen:

Work Order | Sort the search results by work order. |
Date | Sort the search results by date. |
The following search field appears on the Efficiency Analysis screen:

Show Subtotals | If selected, will display a subtotals line within the efficiency analysis search results display the totals of each field. |
The following fields appear on the Efficiency Analysis screen:
Field | Description |

Work Order | The work order number. |
Billing Date |
The work order billing date. Note: If you have selected the Include Unbilled Transactions switch on the Efficiency Analysis tab, this field will appear blank for any work orders for which labor has been posted but not yet processed by a billing run. |
Source | The source of the labor transaction. |
Hours Worked | The amount of service hours on the work order. |
Hours Charged | The amount of hour charged to the work order. |
Recovery Hours % | The amount of hours charged/the amount of hours worked *100. |
Possible Income |
The possible income from the work order. Hours Worked x Rate |
Actual Income |
The actual income from the work order. Hours Charged x Rate |
Income Gain/Loss |
The income gains and losses from the work order. Actual Income - Possible Income |
Recovery Income % |
The percentage of the potential/possible income you ‘recovered’ from the work order. Actual Income/Possible Income x 100 |
Click on a Work Order to open the Work Order Details screen.
