Efficiency Analysis
To open the Efficiency Analysis screen, click a Technician name on the Efficiency Analysis screen.
Use the Efficiency Analysis screen to view a technician's efficiency.
Sorting options on the Efficiency Analysis screen are:

| Work Order | Sort the search results by work order. |

The search field on the Efficiency Analysis screen is:

| Show Subtotals | If selected, displays a subtotals line within the efficiency analysis search results showing the totals of each field. |
Fields on the Efficiency Analysis screen are:
| Field | Description |

| Work Order | The work order number. |
| Billing Date | The work order billing date. If the Include Unbilled Transactions switch is selected on the Efficiency Analysis tab, this field appears blank for any work orders for which labor has been posted but not yet processed by a billing run. |
| Source | The source of the labor transaction. |
| Hours Worked | The amount of service hours on the work order. |
| Hours Charged | The amount of hours charged to the work order. |
| Recovery Hours % | Calculated as: Hours Charged / Hours Worked × 100. |
| Possible Income | The possible income from the work order. Calculated as: Hours Worked × Rate. |
| Actual Income | The actual income from the work order. Calculated as: Hours Charged × Rate. |
| Income Gain/Loss | The income gains and losses from the work order. Calculated as: Actual Income − Possible Income. |
| Recovery Income % | The percentage of the potential/possible income recovered from the work order. Calculated as: Actual Income / Possible Income × 100. |
Click a Work Order to open the Work Order Details screen.
