John Deere Availability
Use the John Deere Availability screen to link to the JDPOINT dealer portal to retrieve John Deere parts information.
To open the John Deere Availability screen, click the John Deere Availability button on the Parts Availability screen.
Note: All part information displayed on this screen is provided by John Deere and is not configurable.
The search field on the John Deere Availability screen is:

| Part Number | Enter the part number you wish to retrieve information for from JDPOINT. |
Part Information Summary fields on the John Deere Availability screen are:

| Part Number | The number used to locate the part within IntelliDealer. |
| Description | A brief description of the part. |
| Part Source | The part's source of supply code. |
| Accounting Unit | The accounting unit code. |
| Harmonized Code | The harmonized code. |
| Program Number | The part program number. |
| Critical Code | The critical code. |
| Commodity Code | The commodity code. |
| Hazard Code | The hazard code. |
| Year Out of Production | The year the part is out of production. |
| S/O Discount | The sales order discount. |
| Returnable | Whether the part is returnable or not. |
| ECU Code | The ECU code. |
Package Summary fields on the John Deere Availability screen are:

| Part Weight | The weight of the part. |
| Package Quantity | The Package Quantity The minimum package quantity that a supplier sells the part in. If the supplier sells the part in quantities of 10, then the minimum quantity that can be ordered is 10. is the amount of parts that come in a package. |
| Package Dimensions | The length, width and height of the package. |
Inventory Location fields on the John Deere Availability screen are:

| Emergency Balance | The part's emergency balance (emergency stock reserve). |
| Available on Stock Order | Whether the part is available on a stock order. |
Replacements fields on the John Deere Availability screen are:

| Part Number | The replacement part number. |
| Quantity | The amount of replacement parts available. |
| Temporary | Whether the replacement part is temporary or not. |
The Notes field on the John Deere Availability screen displays any additional notes about the part.
Click Close to close the John Deere Availability screen and return to the Parts Availability screen.
