Komatsu Availability

Use the Komatsu Availability screen to view availability information for Komatsu parts.

To open the Komatsu Availability screen, click the Availability button on the Parts Order screen after having selected a Komatsu vendor from the Pending Special/Allocation Orders screen.

Note:  All part information displayed on this screen is provided by Komatsu and is not configurable.

Search fields on the Komatsu Availability screen are:

Field	Description
Order Class	The Komatsu order class associated to the part.
Show only parts we have none on hand	If selected, filters the results to display only parts for which the on hand quantity is currently 0.

Fields on the Komatsu Availability screen are:

Field	Description
Part Number	The Komatsu part number.
Description	The physical description of the part.
PDC	The parts distribution center that has the selected part available.
Quantity	The number of parts that the distributor has in stock.
PDC	If there is a second parts distribution center that has the selected part, it is displayed in this field.
Quantity	The number of parts that the second distributor has in stock (if applicable).

Click Close to close the Komatsu Availability screen and return to the Part Order screen.
