Komatsu Availability
Use the Komatsu Availability screen to view availability information for Komatsu parts.
To open the Komatsu Availability screen, click the Komatsu button on the Parts Availability screen.
Note: All part information displayed on this screen is provided by Komatsu and is not configurable.
The search field on the Komatsu Availability screen is:

| Part Number | The number of the part you are inquiring to Komatsu about. |
Fields on the Komatsu Availability screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Part Number | The Komatsu part number. |
| Description | The physical description of the part. |
| Weight | The part's metric weight. |
| KG | The weight of the parts in kilograms. |
| Dealer Net Price | The part's dealer net price. |
| Core Charge | If applicable, the core charge for returnable cores. |
| Replacement | The replacement field indicates whether or not the part can be replaced. |
| Total Quantity | The number of parts available. |
| Back Order Quantity | The number of parts that are on back order. |
| Package Quantity | The minimum package quantity that the supplier sells the part in. If the supplier sells the part in quantities of 10, then the minimum quantity that can be ordered is 10. |
| Return Eligibility | Whether the part can be returned yes or no. |
| Hazardous Material | Whether or not the part contains any hazardous material. |
| Remanufactured Part | Whether a remanufactured part exists - if present, the part replacement indicator is either interchangeable or replacement. |
| Service Bulletin | Whether there is a service bulletin. |
| As of | The availability date as of the part. |
PDC Availability fields on the Komatsu Availability screen are:

| PDC | The parts distribution center that has the selected part available. |
| Site | The location of the distribution center. |
| Name | The name of the part. |
| Quantity | The number of parts that the distributor has in stock. |
| Parts | The number of the part. |
Click Close to close the Komatsu Availability screen and return to the Part Availability screen.
