Extended Description
Use the Extended Description screen to load a long description by part number which is printed on the invoice. The user can optionally enter their own description or import the extended description that is loaded on the part master file.
The Extended Description screen is accessed from the Parts Invoicing Details tab by clicking the More 
icon next to the Description field.
Click the Import Extended Descriptions link to import extended descriptions.
Buttons on the Extended Description screen are:

| Save | Saves changes made on the Extended Description screen. |
| Close | Closes the Extended Description screen without saving and returns to the Parts Invoicing Details screen. |
