Extended Description

The Extended Description screen can be accessed from the Parts Invoicing Details tab by clicking on the More 
icon next to the Description field.
The Extended Description screen allows the user to load a long description by part number which will be printed on the invoice. The user can optionally enter their own description or import the extended description that is loaded on the part master file.
Click on the Import Extended Descriptions link to import extended descriptions.
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Extended Description screen:

| Save | Saves changes made on the Extended Description screen. |
| Close | Closes the Extended Description screen without saving and returns to the Parts Invoicing Details screen. |
