Move to Special Terms Programs

Use the Move to Special Terms Programs screen to view special terms programs that the flagged part is currently on and any special terms orders that exist.

The Move to Special Terms Programs screen is accessed from the Parts Order screen by entering a special terms part number in the Parts Number field. A Special Terms icon appears, clicking the Special Terms icon opens the Move to Special Terms Programs screen.

The Move to Special Terms Programs screen can also be accessed from the Part Selection screen by clicking the Special Terms icon.

Fields on the Move to Special Terms Programs screen are:

Field	Description
Program	The special terms program code.
Description	A brief description of the special terms program.
Status	The current status of the special terms program.
Create Order	If a Yes link appears, use it to create an order for a special terms program that does not already have an outstanding special terms order.

Special Terms Order fields on the Move to Special Terms Programs screen are:

Special Terms Order
Field	Description
Order Number	The outstanding special terms order number.
Comment	The comment is pulled from the corresponding order's Comment field on the Parts Order screen.
Program	The special terms program code.
Line Items	The amount of parts on the corresponding order.
Status	The current status of the order.
Add Part to Order	Click the Yes link to add the selected special terms part to the corresponding order. If the part already exists on the order, the system increases the quantity of the part accordingly. The system automatically removes the part from the order (if coming from the Parts Order screen).

Click Close to close the screen and return to the previous screen.
