Reports: Quote Gain or Loss Totals

The Totals screen displays totals for each column of information displayed on the Quote Gain or Loss tab.

To open the Totals screen,

1. Navigate to Product Support > Service > Analysis Reports, then click the Quote Gain or Loss tab.

2. Enter some search criteria and click Go>>.

   The table populates with data and the Totals button appears at the bottom.

3. Click the Totals button.

   The Totals screen opens.

The fields on the Totals screen are:

Field	Description
Standard Hours	The total number of quoted labor hours for the selected technicians during the specified date range.
Hours Worked	The total number of service hours actually performed by the selected technicians during the specified date range.
Gain/ Loss	The difference between the total quoted labor hours versus the total hours worked.
Rework Hours	The total number of labor hours on rework work orders where the selected technicians were listed as the Original technician on the Segments tab.

Click Close to complete your work on the Totals screen.
