Exchange

The Exchange screen can be accessed from the Return Summary screen by setting the Option field to Exchange.

The Exchange screen allows you to exchange a rental unit.

Note:  
Depending on how the system is configured, you may be able to see (but not rent) machines from other locations.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Exchange screen:

Field	Description
Exchange Stock Number	The exchanged unit's stock number.
Current Hours	The current hours on the exchanged unit.
New Hours	The new hours on the exchanged unit.
Category	The category of the unit.
Class	This field displays the class and subclass codes for the exchanged unit.
Sub Class	The unit's subclass code.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Exchange screen:

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made to the Exchange screen and returns to the Return Summary screen.
