Exchange

Use the Exchange screen to exchange a rental unit.

The Exchange screen is accessed from the Return Summary screen by setting the Option field to Exchange.

Note:  Depending on how the system is configured, you may be able to see (but not rent) machines from other locations.

Fields on the Exchange screen are:

Field	Description
Exchange Stock Number	The exchanged unit's stock number.
Current Hours	The current hours on the exchanged unit.
New Hours	The new hours on the exchanged unit.
Category	The category of the unit.
Class	This field displays the class and subclass codes for the exchanged unit.
Sub Class	The unit's subclass code.

Click Save to save changes made to the Exchange screen and return to the Return Summary screen.
