Package Price/Discount Screen
Use the Package Price/Discount screen to discount the rates of all items on the contract and for package pricing on related stock numbers and attachments.
The Package Price/Discount screen is accessed from either the Rental Details tab or Extended Details screen by clicking the Package Pricing button.
Note: Accessing the Package Price/Discount screen through the Rental Details tab applies package pricing to the whole rental contract. However, accessing the Package Price/Discount screen through the Extended Details screen applies package pricing to line items on the rental contract.
Fields on the Package Price/Discount screen are:

| Original Total | The original total of all of the items that appear on the rental contract. |
| New Total | The desired total amount for all of the items that appear on the rental contract. |
| Discount | The desired discount percentage applied to all of the items that appear on the rental contract. |
Note: All rates for the appropriate items on the contract are adjusted. For example, if the contract items are currently set to a daily duration, but there are also weekly and monthly rates for the items, these rates are also adjusted by the equivalent percent.
Additional fields that appear on the Package Price/Discount screen after adding attachments to a rental contract are:

| Stock Number | The stock number of the main unit and any attachments. |
| Description | A brief description of the stock number. |
| Amount | The total dollar value of the rental contract line. |
Click Calculate to calculate either the New Total field or the Discount field depending on which field you have entered a value in, the other value is calculated and displayed by the system.
Click Save to save changes made on the Package Price/Discount screen to the rental contract as standard rate overrides.
Click Close to close the screen without saving and return to the Rental Details tab.
Select Attachments for Screen
Use the Select Attachments for screen to add attachments onto a rental contract before applying package pricing.
The Select Attachments for screen is accessed from the Extended Details screen by clicking the Package Pricing button.
Fields on the Select Attachments for screen are:

Select which attachments to include on the rental contract. |
| Attachment | The attachment's stock number. |
| Description | A brief description of the attachment. |
Click Add to add the selected attachments to the rental contract. Once the attachments are added, you need to go back in to the unit and press the Package Pricing button again to set the desired price.
Click Cancel to close the screen without adding attachments to the rental contract and return to the Extended Details screen.
