Activity Log
Data Source: RMLOG
To open the Activity Log screen, click the Click here to view activity log link on the Customer tab.
Note: The Click here to view activity log link will only appear if the Use Logging field on the Functionality tab is selected.
The Activity Log screen allows you to view an activity log for the selected rental contract. This screen will log all activity that has occurred on the selected rental contract.
The following sorting options appear on the Activity Log screen:
Sort by | |

Field | Description |
Date | Sorts the search results by date. |
User | Sorts the search results by user. |
Last Activity | Sorts the search results by the last date activity was logged for the selected rental contract. |
The following search fields appear on the Activity Log screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Select User | Search for log entries by entering a user's ID. |
Select Date Range | Narrow down the search results by entering a date range. |
The following fields appear on the Activity Log screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Date | The date the rental contract was altered. |
Time | The time the rental contract was altered. |
User | The user who altered the selected rental contract. |
Action | The action the user applied to the rental contract (e.g. Add, Change, Return, Invoice, or Delete). |
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Activity Log screen:

Close | Closes the Activity Log screen and returns to the Customer tab. |
